This is a multi-faceted role and calls for a self-starter, multi-talented candidate with
presentable personality. The focus will be on business development skills. Does NOT
involve cold-calling.
Primary Responsibilities:
The candidate should be a self-starter, quick learner.
Will be primarily responsible and first point of contact for delegates seeking
professional training counseling.
Receive, follow up and close leads from multiple channels.
Maintaining up-to date database of all inquiries and conduct periodic follow-up.
Understand the requirements of delegates and guide accordingly.
Pleasant personality should be approachable & friendly.  Ability to build good
relationship with the delegates as well as with the inquiry.
Secondary Responsibilities (Desired but not required)
Participate in business development and marketing initiatives ( Email / SMS), liaise
with various Universities / Corporates.
Assist in preparation of PowerPoint presentations, Business Plans, estimates and
proposals.
Liaise with MNCs to gather information on current job openings and try to match
delegates with required profile.
 
Desired Profile & Skills
•Minimum 2 years of experience in Admin / Business Development or relationship building experience.
•Extremely proficient in use of Ms-excel and internet also PowerPoint skills also desirable.
•Must possess excellent telephone and communication skills.
•Ability to stay organized & SmartWorker.
•Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and SEO highly desired but NOT required.

Working Schedule:
•Monday-Friday 10:00 Am to 06:30 PM
•Saturdays 11:00 Am to 03:00 PM.
Compensation:
•Comfortable fixed salary + performance base cash bonus.
